St Peter s Adventures

Of course I can't take credit for these photos.  Mrs Monica and friends have taken these and have a blog of their own.
 Liam and I are busy and have hit the mainstream pretty hard.   It's school school school and work work work.  It's a good time though and I don't miss all the moments I had with him early on.  I just cherish them and know that I was lucky to have had so much time with him in the beginning.
Liam loves St Peter's!!!!  He has so many little buddies.  Max and Grayson are his besties.   It's so funny how young all the little kid politics come into play.   It's been a good year and look forward to what is in store for next year.    Should have some Christmas pics soon........... Grateful Dead Bear

We went to Coolidge Park the other day.   I told Li if he rides his bike he can ride the carousel.   He rode all the way around the park VERY slowly but he did it.  We got our tickets and of course he wanted to play it safe and ride the seat. The man working the ride said mam you know that doesn't move up and down right.  The animals I the middle move but that one doesn't.  A little annoyed I replied  I am aware this is the one he wants to ride.    After the ride was over I told Liam he could ride again but he would have to ride an animal this time.   He was a little hesitant but chose a bear.   The funniest thing was there was a tiny grateful dead symbol on the side of Li's bear.    Honestly I thought to myself what a cool little kid then I thought whoa I'm in trouble.  Then for the first time in a long time I thought about his daddy.   I thought this is one thing that would make him proud as weird as that is.   Oh well I m just proud he rode his bike and graduated from riding the seat that doesn't move.  
Now for swim lessons my goal is to have him swimming by the end of the summer as long as he's ready.

The sweetest thing!

 My baby fever persists.   Of course I have no business having another child.  And I won t for all you readers out there.   I can t say that I don t think about it.

With that being said I have not knowingly talked about this with or in front of Liam.  I simply showed him a picture of a friend of ours baby on FB.  She just had him and I was asking Liam if he thought the lil guy was cute.   He said oh yah mom maybe you will get to have another baby one day. What a sweetie!!!     He is a little man that knows more about me than most.  Or is just not afraid to vocalize it.   He believes in me and my dreams.    Whether they come true or not I hope to not forget how he made me feel in this moment.  

I know I m not equipped for another one and will most definitely hold back.   But it gives me hope and joy to talk as if it s a good idea.  

Don t get me wrong though.   I don t think I could go through it again and go through all the stuff that comes with.   I m so happy to have a smart well adjusted little boy.     I hate that the human race in general wants more as a rule especially me but where would we be if we didn't?
